Job summary

Qualifications

• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School/GED.
• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 6+ months experience in customer service and computer knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and via computer messaging.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' EKG rhythms and observe and interpret rhythms per remote viewing station.
• Assemble and maintain logs; ensure patient charts are filed and scanned into EMR in a timely manner.
• Communicate with nursing staff and run errands as needed to support patient care.
• Assist with acceptance, registration, and electronic transfer of patients; operate fax/copy machines, Hyland scanner, and pneumatic tube system.
• Maintain and track equipment; support daily operations of the patient care team.
