Regions Hospital is seeking a patient-focused Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Medicine/Progressive Care Unit. The role supports patients with complex cardio-respiratory needs in a Level I Trauma Center, emphasizing family-centered care and evidence-based nursing practice.

The position offers a 0.70 FTE schedule with 8-hour evening shifts during the week and 12-hour night shifts every third weekend. New graduates with ADN may qualify; MN RN licensure and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualificações

• BSN or ADN with 1 year RN experience
• Internal new graduate with ADN may meet minimum requirements
• Minnesota RN license
• CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse patient populations
