Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a Registered Nurse for Progressive Care to monitor complex cardiovascular patients in a fast-paced unit. You will perform comprehensive assessments, interpret telemetry and labs, and titrate IV medications in close collaboration with cardiologists and the care team.

You will educate patients and families, participate in care planning, and support smooth transitions of care, contributing to a culture of clinical excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• Experience in cardiovascular or progressive care nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret cardiac telemetry, labs, and titrate IV medications.
