Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team responsible for a subsystem of a large-scale new product development project under the supervision of program management leader
• Lead key sustaining programs to maintain business supply continuity, such as supplier changes, market-released product component changes, and obsolescence.
• Track and trend component supply for key product development programs and manage ongoing relationships with external suppliers so that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, and key performance metrics.
• Monitor project progress and performance against established objectives, identifying and proactively addressing risks, issues, and barriers to execution. Identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays; accelerate issues to senior management with proposed options to bring to resolution.
