Job summary

Aurora Health Care Metro, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Medical-Surgical Nights Weekend Program at our Wisconsin location.

The RN will deliver and coordinate patient care using the nursing process, adhering to standards and policies while maintaining patient safety and quality outcomes. Applicants must have an accredited nursing program completion, an active RN license in the practicing state, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
• Utilize evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and effective communication in a busy cardiac medical-surgical setting.
