Job summary

Aurora Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Medical-Surgical unit in Cudahy, WI. This night-shift position focuses on compassionate, evidence-based care for adults with cardiac and neurological conditions, using nursing process to guide safe patient outcomes.

You'll participate in care coordination, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration to create a healing environment and high-quality experience for patients and families served by our 28-bed unit.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• New grads welcomed!
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and communication to maintain a safe, high-quality patient environment.
