Indiana University Health is seeking passionate, experienced registered nurses to join our team on the .9 FTE NIGHT shift in a 29-bed Medical/Surgical unit focused on cardiovascular diagnoses including heart failure, myocardial infarction, and COPD.

Qualifikationen

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Exceptions: candidates with >2 years acute care experience may be considered.
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA is required.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit.

Aufgaben

• Provide bedside nursing care to cardiovascular patients on a 29-bed unit.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care thoroughly.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and case managers to optimize outcomes.
• Support new graduates and participate in unit initiatives and quality projects.
