Fairview Health Services is seeking a Nursing Station Technician for the University of Minnesota Medical Center - East Bank Campus. The role blends Nursing Assistant and Health Unit Coordinator duties on a 0.3 FTE schedule (32 hours per 2-week pay period) with day shifts and every-other-weekend rotation.

You will support patient care, unit logistics and communication on a fast-paced Cardiac Med/Surg IMC unit, under nurse supervision, while building teamwork and patient-focused service.

Formación

• BLS certification is required.
• OnTrack Nursing Assistant or equivalent program completion preferred.
• Six months of direct care experience may be required in some settings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care tasks: personal hygiene, vitals, daily activities, repositioning.
• Transport patients and assist with feeding and mobility.
• Maintain unit desk functions: calls, admissions, discharges, forms, orders.
• Set up and maintain patient rooms and stock supplies.
• Assist with administrative duties as Nursing Assistant and Health Unit Coordinator.
