Atrium Health seeks a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Intermediate unit (6T) at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. This full-time, dayshift role (0700-1900) offers 36 hours per week with weekend requirements and a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour.

You will provide evidence-based nursing care and engage with the care team in a fast-paced environment. Minimum qualifications include BSN and an active RN license; BLS is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where RN provides care.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required based on specialty.

Responsabilités

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care, involving patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
