Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN Supervisor for the Cardiac ICU to oversee daily operations, coordinate patient care, and provide clinical support. This role requires leadership of clinical staff and may involve assuming managerial duties delegated by a manager.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• RN licensure in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
• 2 years' experience in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Perform staff nurse duties as needed and take on manager- delegated responsibilities.

Education

Graduate from an accredited Nursing program

Bachelor's degree in Nursing
