Job summary

Mercy is hiring for a Cardiac ICU - FT Nights role. The nurse will utilize the Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process to deliver patient care, coordinating with other departments and upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

Requirements include nursing degree (AD, Diploma, or BSN), active RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure, and applicable certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, and more. Prolonged standing and lifting are required.

Qualifications

• RN license in hiring state or compact licensure must be maintained.
• Graduate of nursing program (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required or obtainable within stated timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while safeguarding patient rights.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and professional accountability.
