Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, CT, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU). You will deliver critical care, manage hemodynamics, and oversee complex therapies for patients with severe cardiac conditions.

The role requires 1+ year CICU experience and CT RN licensure; ECMO exposure is a plus. The unit operates in a 22-bed Level 1 Trauma Facility with a growing ECMO program and offers a Field-based pay range with comprehensive

Qualifications

• Requires Associate2s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Valid RN license in Connecticut.
• 1+ years of Cardiac ICU nursing experience; ECMO is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver patient care to CICU patients in critical condition; develop care plans and adjust drips for hemodynamic stability.
• Provide care for patients requiring advanced monitoring and invasive equipment; handle complex medication regimens.
• Contribute to the Level 1 Trauma Facility CICU and ECMO program operations.
