Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Nurse Assistant (PCNA) for the Cardiac ICU. You will support the care team in a fast-paced 14-bed unit, under RN supervision, providing essential patient care and monitoring to cardiac patients.

This role offers day shifts 7:00 am–7:30 pm with rotating weekends and holidays. Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, BLS certification, and a passion for compassionate, high-quality nursing care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; BLS certification required or obtainable before hire.
• Nursing students may apply; prior healthcare experience preferred.
• Military medical background considered.

Responsabilités

• Provide or assist with patient care under the supervision of an RN.
• Monitor patients and report changes to the RN.
• Assist with daily living activities and patient transfers.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized patient rooms.
