Baystate Health Careers is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Heart Vascular/Surgical Trauma ICU at Baystate Medical Center, Springfield, MA. This role focuses on high-acuity cardiac and critical care, with opportunities to collaborate with a specialized team and provide patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate holds MA RN licensure (ADN required, BSN preferred), CPR certification, and at least 1 year of RN experience. Night shift, full-time with 36 hours per week and rotating weekends.

Qualificações

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification.
• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, educational, spiritual, safety, and age-appropriate considerations.
• Assume responsibility for the plan of care and decisions related to assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with the health care team to provide direct patient care.
• Maintain knowledge of procedures and comply with regulatory and accrediting standards; MA RN licensure required.
