Baystate Health in Springfield, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Heart and Vascular Unit at Baystate Medical Center. The 34-bed acute care cardiovascular telemetry unit supports post-operative cardiac surgery, TAVR, vascular surgery, and post-procedural patients.

The role offers meaningful patient impact and teamwork with a dedicated cardiovascular team. Requirements include MA RN licensure and current BLS/CPR certification, with ADN required and BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience

Responsabilités

• Provide care directly to patients and in collaboration with other healthcare team members.
• Assume responsibility for the patient's plan of care and be accountable for decisions related to assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
• Maintain a current knowledge base and skills with procedures as defined by nursing specialty organization, comply with regulations and standards, and stay licensed in MA as an RN.
