Baystate Health in Springfield, MA seeks a Registered Nurse for the Heart Vascular/Surgical Trauma ICU at Baystate Medical Center. This full-time, night shift role involves caring for critically ill cardiac patients and collaborating with a specialized team in a high-acuity environment.

The RN provides direct patient care, adheres to unit protocols, and maintains licensure and CPR certification. Education includes ADN as minimum with BSN preferred, and a minimum of one year of RN experience.

Formación

• Licensed RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification.
• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills to provide care aligned with patient needs, safety, and age-appropriate considerations.
• Assume responsibility for the patient’s plan of care and supervise assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Provide direct patient care and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and comply with regulatory standards and licensure requirements.
