Job summary

Fusion HCR is seeking a Clinical Manager for the CCU/CVCU in Las Vegas to lead nursing staff, oversee clinical operations, staffing plans, and unit budgets while ensuring safe, high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have substantial nursing leadership experience, an active Nevada RN license, and hospital management training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school.
• Five years of clinical nursing experience, including at least two years in a supervisory role or higher.
• Valid Nevada Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with managing unit budgets and staffing plans is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the clinical and operational activities of the CCU/CVCU and support achievement of unit and organizational goals.
• Determine staffing needs, develop staffing plans, and assign and monitor the work of nursing staff.
• Supervise, train, and support staff while monitoring compliance with clinical, safety, and accreditation standards.
• Participate in unit budget development and monitor budget-related activities.
• Apply nursing process principles to patient care and evaluate outcomes.
• Lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives and promote infection control practices.
• Foster effective working relationships with staff and other hospital teams.
