Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Current licensure as an RN in the state of West Virginia or a valid compact state nurse license.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of current nursing procedures.
• BLS required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct daily planning, coordination, and monitoring of patient care with the nursing staff and health care professionals.
• Ensure effective use of resources and adherence to established standards of care.
• Meet outcomes within an appropriate length of stay and justify variations based on patient needs.
• Assist with management needs of the Nursing Unit.
