Job summary

BIOTRONIK, a global leader in cardio- and endovascular medical devices, is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to support physicians and care teams across the territory. You will deliver clinical education, implant support, and follow-up care for CRM technologies.

This role involves travel, on-call coverage, and collaboration with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes. BIOTRONIK offers a competitive base salary ($70k–$130k) plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a cath lab, EP lab, or pacing/CRM environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a science-based field or related professional experience
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory and beyond

Responsibilities

• Provide independent clinical support for pacemaker and ICD implants, follow-ups, and troubleshooting
• Partner with physicians and healthcare providers to support safe use of BIOTRONIK technologies
• Deliver clinical education, in-services, and technical training to customers
• Act as a trusted clinical resource within your territory to support high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain strong knowledge of cardiac pacing, defibrillation, EP, and CRM technologies
• Document clinical activities, including implants and follow-ups
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 territory coverage
• Travel within and outside territory as needed to support customers and business needs
