Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking a skilled cardiovascular technician to provide expert care in invasive cardiac, pediatric, and peripheral labs in Charlotte, NC. The role may involve adult procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab or EP Lab, as well as pediatric procedures across areas.

Certificate RCIS or RTR is required. Shifts range 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM initially, with potential move to 12-hour shifts; relocation bonus may apply based on eligibility and distance from the hospital.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required for patient care and team communication.

Responsibilities

• Work in high-pressure situations requiring prolonged concentration and critical thinking.
• Perform tasks involving walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling.
• Lift and support up to 50 pounds in handling patients, medical equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Possess intact senses of sight, hearing, smell, touch, manual dexterity, and good eye-hand coordination.
• Stand and walk while wearing 10-20 lbs lead radiation protection aprons.
• Respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions.
• Handle potential exposure to radiation, secretions, and blood in confined work areas.
• Travel may be required.
