Job summary

You will demonstrate strong technical proficiency, meticulous data collection, and clear patient communication to support accurate cardiac diagnostics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience performing standard three-channel 12-lead EKGs and basic cardio tests preferred.
• CPR certification and knowledge of hospital information systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic electrocardiograms (EKGs) to assess cardiac function.
• Prepare patients, explain procedures, and operate EKG machines to record heart activity.
• Ensure patient comfort and accuracy of readings while maintaining quality data.
• Adhere to standards of conduct and complete SOC and competency requirements.
