Job summary

Community Health Network in Kokomo, Indiana is hiring an Echo Technologist to perform ultrasound diagnostic tests for patients under physician supervision. The role includes performing various types of echocardiograms, scheduling patients, and maintaining ultrasound equipment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ultrasound diagnostic tests and their application.
• Ability to schedule patients and explain procedures.
• Experience in maintaining ultrasound equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2-D, Doppler, and Color flow ultrasound as directed by physician.
• Schedule patients and position them appropriately.
• Order and stock ultrasound supplies.

Skills

Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and physiology for image interpretation

Proficiency in operating ultrasound equipment

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Adaptability to apply guidelines and procedures

Demonstrated teamwork and strong communication skills

Education
