Cottage Health in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking an Echocardiographer for the outpatient clinic. You will perform standard and advanced echocardiography procedures and stress testing, and prepare preliminary reports for cardiology staff.

Qualifications include ARDMS or CCI cardiac sonographer certification and BLS, with a minimum of 1 year of echocardiography experience. Knowledge of IAC standards and equipment care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited cardiac sonography program.
• ARDMS or CCI Cardiac Sonographer certification required; BLS certification.
• 1 year of echocardiography experience preferred.
• Knowledge of IAC standards and safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Performs standard and advanced echocardiography procedures and stress testing.
• Ensures quality parameters meet IAC standards.
• Creates preliminary cardiology reports and documents charges.
• Maintains equipment and participates in new procedure evaluations.
• Trains staff and may lead in the department.
