Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Mansioni

• Performs accurate and thorough echocardiograms as ordered by physician.
• Performs specialized testing using computer assisted devices including TEE, Stress Echo, and Pharmacological Stress Echoes.
• Recognizes and promptly acts upon unusual results or patient response to ensure safety and optimal outcomes.
• Maintains high skill level through CQI, inservices, ongoing education, and attendance at 80% of staff meetings.
• Troubleshoots and corrects recording instrument malfunctions or unusual patient problems.
• Adjusts approach based on patient/family understanding of the test procedure.
