Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Sonography preferred.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) through CCI, or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) through ARDMS required.
• Previous experience as a Cardiac Sonographer preferred.
• New Hampshire imaging license required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform Comprehensive Cardiac Ultrasound Exams (TTEs, portable studies, contrast/bubble) and acquire diagnostic images.
• Assess and prepare patients for procedures with review of histories and prior imaging.
• Document preliminary findings and communicate with interpreting physicians in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety, quality, infection prevention, and privacy standards in all exams.
• Support patient experience through proper positioning and empathetic care; ensure comfort and safety.
• Participate in quality improvement, scheduling, and workflow coordination to meet productivity and quality goals.
