Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking skilled ultrasound professionals to perform diagnostic echocardiography and vascular studies. The role involves adapting procedures to patient conditions and ensuring high-quality scans for proper interpretation.

The ideal candidate will possess RDCS/RVT/RCS/RVS certifications and an Associate's degree in cardiovascular sonography, with strong English communication and computer skills. Training in pediatric or transesophageal echocardiography is a plus.

Qualifications

Proficient in performing diagnostic echocardiogram and vascular ultrasound procedures.
Able to communicate procedures clearly to patients.
Strong basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Performs routine and complex imaging studies and assists with procedures.
Enters test results and patient demographics into records; communicates abnormal findings to physicians.
Manages scheduling, insurance verification, authorization, coding, and reimbursement activities.
