Job summary

The role requires a two-year allied health program and RDCS or RCS registry eligibility, with registry obtained within 12 months. Day shift; BLS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum two-year allied health program and RDCS or RCS registry eligibility; registry to be obtained within 12 months.
• Work shift: Day; Department Cardiac Imaging Lab.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound imaging (echocardiograms) with attention to safety and quality.
• Prepare required reports and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain files and equipment and provide needed statistics.
• Answer calls to schedule procedures and provide information.
• Review results with physicians and participate in quality assurance.
