Job summary

SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City seeks a PRN Echocardiography Technologist to perform diagnostic echocardiography on adult or pediatric patients, ensuring high-quality imaging and accurate data entry.

You will monitor patient safety, maintain equipment, and support the Cardiovascular Ultrasound department. Completion of an Echosonography program and BLS certification are required; no prior experience is necessary.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Echosonography program.
• No prior experience required.
• BLS HealthCare Provider certification is required intermediately.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic echocardiography procedures and records test results.
• Monitors patient comfort and safety during tests, alerting physicians to abnormalities.
• Maintains equipment and ensures images are properly marked and stored in PACS.
