Zusammenfassung

AdventHealth is seeking a skilled Echo Technologist to perform pediatric and congenital cardiac echocardiography at the Orlando site. You will operate ultrasound systems, obtain high-quality images, and ensure patient comfort during exams.

Strong teamwork and communication with physicians, staff, and families are essential. Applicants should have an Associates degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, CAHEEP program completion, and RDCS credentials preferred; prior pediatric experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and graduation from a CAHEP-accredited program.
• RDCS/ Pediatric RDCS credentials preferred; strong ultrasound protocol knowledge.
• Experience in pediatric echocardiography is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform echocardiograms using 2D, color, Doppler and M-mode as appropriate.
• Escort patients and families between exam rooms and echo labs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment and probes.
• Communicate results clearly to physicians and patients.
