Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer for FT night shifts in Marietta, GA. You will perform cardiac imaging, including echocardiograms, and ensure patient safety and comfort. You will communicate findings and collaborate with physicians and health care teams.

The role requires at least 1 year of echocardiography experience or formal education in cardiovascular technology, with strong patient interaction and teamwork skills. On-call, weekend, and holiday rotations may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent diagnostic medical sonography education.
• Registered Medical Sonographer or Cardiac Sonographer credentials preferred.
• Minimum 1 year echocardiography experience or formal education in cardiovascular imaging.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac imaging including adult and pediatric echocardiograms.
• Provide preliminary findings and communicate with interpreting physicians.
• Maintain patient safety and privacy during procedures.
