Job summary

Next Move Healthcare in Naples, FL seeks a skilled Echo Sonographer I to perform diagnostic echocardiography, acquire high-quality images, and prepare technical reports for interpretation. You will work four 10-hour shifts weekly with occasional weekends and on-call responsibilities.

The role requires RDMS/RDCS/RCS or equivalent, BLS certification, and strong communication and documentation skills to support safe, efficient patient care in our imaging lab.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited cardiovascular technology or echocardiography program, or an associate degree with science emphasis, or 10 years of echo sonographer experience.
• Current RDMS/RDCS/RCS registration.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Perform transthoracic echocardiograms and document findings per lab protocols.
• Acquire and document Doppler studies and color flow imaging.
• Assist physicians during transesophageal echocardiography when needed.
• Conduct echocardiography during stress testing according to protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports for physician interpretation.
• Support daily lab operations and participate in call rotation as needed.
