The Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston seeks a Cardiac Sonographer I to perform comprehensive echocardiograms and bubble studies for adult and pediatric patients in outpatient and hospital settings.

The role requires foundational knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology, image acquisition skills, and the ability to provide timely preliminary findings while upholding patient privacy and safety guidelines. A sign-on bonus may be offered.

Formación

• Knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology relevant to the patient population.
• Ability to review patient history and prior imaging reports.
• Commitment to patient safety and infection control protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare exam rooms and ultrasound equipment per safety standards.
• Perform comprehensive transthoracic echoes (TTE) and bubble studies as needed.
• Write preliminary reports for interpreting physicians and ensure timely communication.
• Support quality improvement and accreditation efforts.
• Assist with scheduling and meet productivity targets.
