Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide direct patient care in a cardiac diagnostic lab, performing assessments, planning, implementing and evaluating care in alignment with nursing standards.

You will educate patients and families, promote safety, and support quality initiatives while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care across the continuum.

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required.
• BLS/ACLS certification required or obtainable within 90 days of hire.
• 3+ years in cardiac or critical care preferred; new graduates with appropriate certifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
• Participate in professional development and ensure communication of care plans across the continuum.
• Contribute to a safe, healing environment by educating patients and families on post-treatment care and medication management.
• Support quality improvement and regulatory compliance activities.

• Experience: 3+ years in cardiac or critical care preferred; new graduates with appropriate certifications may be considered.
• Certifications: BLS/ACLS required or obtainable within 90 days of hire.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
