Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency in Missouri seeks an experienced RN to provide direct patient care in a cardiac diagnostic setting, including assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation. The role promotes patient- and family-centered education, illness management, and participation in safety, quality and professional development activities.

Outpatient-focused with no night or holiday shifts, with call and weekend differentials.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or ADN; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license with BLS/ACLS; certification to be obtained within 90 days.
• 3+ years in cardiac or critical care preferred; entry level acceptable.
• ADN/BSN/MSN candidates considered with agreement.

• Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
• Ensures communication of care plans across the continuum and maintains compliance with regulatory standards.

• 3+ years of cardiac or critical care experience preferred; no prior experience required for entry.
• Accepts ADN, BSN, or MSN candidates with relevant agreements.
