Job summary

A Cardiac Diagnostic Lab Registered Nurse is sought to provide non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic services in a high-ranking hospital environment. You will deliver patient- and family-centered care, educate on illness management, and support medication administration as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree, RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of cardiac or critical care experience.
• Experience in patient assessment, care planning, and education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient- and family-centered care, including education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in ensuring patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients/families.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers.
• Work in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining constant alertness and safety consciousness.
