Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Monitor Technician to analyze and interrogate pacemakers, ICDs, and loop recorders across cardiology practices, supporting the telemonitoring program by reviewing data and maintaining software applications.

Responsibilities include performing quarterly transtelephonic pacemaker checks, reprogramming devices as ordered, managing patient follow-up, and educating families and patients on pacemaker/ICD care.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher and one or more years related experience and training.
• 1 year experience as a Senior Monitor technician.
