Job summary

Avera Heart Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD seeks a Registered Nurse to oversee day-to-day operations in the device clinic. You will perform follow-up visits and interrogations of device patients, including evaluation and reprogramming of devices.

PaceMate data entry and reporting, charting, and billing generation are key tasks, in close collaboration with electrophysiology staff and device technicians. Minimum Nursing program completion with preferred critical care experience and telemetry/cardiac

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Two years of critical care experience preferred.
• Telemetry or cardiac rhythm evaluation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the device clinic.
• Perform follow-up visits and interrogations of device patients.
• Evaluate and reprogram cardiac devices; enter data in PaceMate and generate reports.
• Document charting and billing information; coordinate with staff.
