Job summary

TotalMed RN seeks a travel nurse RN CVOR for a 13-week assignment in Tomball, Texas. This Cardiovascular Operating Room RN role requires ACLS and BLS, with 1 year of acute care experience preferred.

Expect 40 hours/week on day shifts, with a fast-paced environment and opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team. The CVOR travel nurse will manage patient care, assist during procedures, and maintain strict aseptic technique while coordinating equipment and room sterility to ensure patient

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• 1 year of additional relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced travel assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional CVOR care and circulate for cardiothoracic procedures.
• Support a team of physicians and staff in the operating room.
• Maintain sterile technique and coordinate equipment and supplies.
• Assist physicians during procedures and manage patient care before, during and after surgery.
