Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Tomball, Texas. The position offers a 13-week contract with 40 hours per week and a 10-hour shift pattern. Start ASAP on a hospital assignment focused on cardiovascular OR procedures, CABGs, valve procedures, and complex surgeries.

BLS is required for this role, and travel experience is a plus. Location is Tomball, TX, with the right support for travel clinicians.

Qualifications

• CVOR RN specialty required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Support travel RNs and surgical techs in CV and general surgery cases within a hospital setting.
• Scrub for procedures such as CABGs, Mitral Valve replacements, Fem Bypass, Thrombectomy, and other OR procedures.
• Assist with robotic, neuro/spine, GYN, urology, ENT, podiatry, and orthopedic surgeries.
• Collaborate with team members and provide on-call coverage approximately 1-2 nights per week and 1 weekend per month.
• Adhere to unit policies, including weekend and on-call requirements.
