Soliant is seeking a CVOR RN with an active RN license and 2+ years CVOR experience to join a cardiovascular operating room team. You will deliver high-quality perioperative care and collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia to optimize patient outcomes.

Shifts are 12-hour days (7:00 AM–7:00 PM), 36 hours per week, with on-call 4–5 weeknights and 1–2 weekends per 6-week cycle. BLS and ACLS are required; strong critical thinking and teamwork are essential.

Competenze

• Current and valid RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a CVOR nurse.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Experience in all phases of CVOR nursing (pre-op to intra-op).
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
• Adaptability and effective communication within a multidisciplinary team.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care throughout cardiac surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia teams to ensure patient safety and outcomes.
• Prepare, assess, and maintain the CVOR environment, equipment and supplies.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes during procedures.
