Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a CVOR RN for a travel assignment in Monroe, LA. You will provide expert care for cardiovascular surgical patients, collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists, and adhere to sterile technique throughout the operative process.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, at least 2 years in CVOR, and certifications (BLS/ACLS). This role offers full-time hours, travel stipends, and comprehensive benefits in a dynamic perioperative team.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years CVOR nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred).
• Strong critical-thinking and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs as part of the CVOR team.
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and safety protocols.
• Document patient assessments, care given, and outcomes with attention to detail.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout all operative phases.
• Support continuity of care pre-op through post-op recovery.
