You will provide expert perioperative care to cardiac patients in a collaborative team environment. Key responsibilities include applying evidence-based nursing practice, coordinating with patients and families, educating care partners, ensuring patient safety, documenting care data, and participating in quality

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and collaboration with patients/families.
• Cultural awareness and ability to engage with diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and care partners.
• Delegation to other team members when appropriate.
• Knowledge of discharge planning and patient education.
• Health information documentation and charting practices.
