Job summary

SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital is seeking a Radiology CT Technologist (PRN) to perform diagnostic medical imaging, including Cardiac CT and CT Scan procedures, under supervision.

The role requires ARRT CT and Radiography certifications, BLS, and the ability to work with radiology staff, physicians, and patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. This PRN position supports the CT Scan department.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM EDUCATION: High school, Associates degree preferred.
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: None.
• REQUIRED COURSE: ARRT, BLS

Responsibilities

• Performs computed tomography examinations.
• Produces quality images in a consistent manner.
• Assesss for vein/site selection and initiates venipuncture per established standards.
• Maintains patient safety and follows infection control policies.
• Operates Hospital/Radiology information systems and RIS documentation.
