Qualifications

• 0-2 years in a clinical nursing role or student rotations in acute care.
• Active RN licensure in the state where practicing (Arizona).
• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the Cardiac Observation Unit for Cath Lab patients pre and post procedures.
• Assess, plan, implement, and document nursing care; administer medications and monitor effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Collaborate with care team to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families and ensure adherence to post-discharge plans.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards; participate in audits and quality initiatives.
