Job summary

Banner University Medical Center – Tucson seeks a Radiologic Technologist for the Cardiac Cath Lab to perform prescribed interventional radiographic procedures, adhering to policy and safety standards while ensuring high-quality images for timely interpretation. Day shift, 3 twelve-hour shifts 6:30 AM–7:00 PM; must live within 30 minutes for on-call obligations.

ARRT certification, Radiologic Technology training, BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable are required; Banner Health offers a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or <2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab/EP or equivalent experience.
• Certificate or diploma from an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Requires ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic diagnostic/interventional procedures per orders.
• Educates patients/families about procedures and maintains professional conduct.
• Produces high-quality images and maintains accurate documentation.
• Operates and maintains radiology equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensures a safe environment and adheres to radiation safety policies.
