The role emphasizes hands-on skills, patient education, and compassionate care in a fast-paced environment with state-of-the-art technology. Experience and certifications align with ARC standards and ACLS/BCLS timelines.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R Radiography certification required.
• Associate Degree required.
• (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer or (RCIS) certification required.
• ACLS and BCLS certifications must be obtained within specified timelines after start date.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with cardiac and vascular procedures including angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements.
• Prepare and support patients and families before, during, and after procedures.
• Operate and maintain advanced cath lab equipment to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Monitor patient responses with vigilance and compassion.
• Maintain sterile environment and advocate for every patient.
