Medical City Las Colinas is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech PRN to join our experienced team. You will assist physicians with complex cardiac and vascular procedures using state-of-the-art cath lab technology, while guiding patients and families through their care journey with professionalism and empathy.

The role emphasizes precision in treatment, sterile practice, and a strong teamwork mindset in a fast-paced environment dedicated to high-quality cardiovascular care.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 30 days of employment start date
• BCLS within 30 days of employment start date
• High School Graduate / GED
• (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, or (CST) Certified Surgical Technologist, or (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer, or (ARRT-R) Radiography
• 2 years experience Required

Responsabilités

• Assisting physicians with complex cardiac and vascular procedures, including angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements
• Preparing and supporting patients and families with care, education, and reassurance before, during, and after procedures
• Operating and maintaining advanced equipment to deliver safe and effective treatment
• Monitoring patient responses with vigilance and compassion to ensure the highest level of care
• Safeguarding a sterile, safe environment while serving as an advocate for every patient
