Job summary

Medical City Fort Worth is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist for PRN shifts in Fort Worth, TX. You will work alongside physicians to perform complex cardiac procedures using state-of-the-art cath lab technology, delivering high-quality patient care.

You will assist in angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements, while preparing patients and supporting families throughout the care journey. This role emphasizes safety, precision, and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support required
• RT Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• ARRT-R Radiography certification required

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with cardiac and vascular procedures (angiograms, angioplasties, stent placements)
• Prepare and support patients and families before, during, and after procedures
• Operate and maintain advanced cath lab equipment
• Monitor patient responses with vigilance and compassion
• Maintain a sterile, safe environment and advocate for patient safety
