HCA Florida Palms West Hospital is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to join a team delivering advanced care in lifesaving cardiac procedures. You will work alongside physicians to guide patients and families, ensuring precision at every step of treatment with state-of-the-art lab technology and a strong supportive team.

The role emphasizes patient education, timely ACLS/BCLS completion, and maintaining optimal sterile conditions to ensure the highest level of care.

Formación

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Vocational School or Associate Degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist physicians with complex cardiac and vascular procedures (angiograms, angioplasties, stents).
• Prepare and support patients and families before, during, and after procedures.
• Operate and maintain advanced cath lab equipment.
• Monitor patient responses with vigilance and compassion.
• Maintain a sterile, safe environment and advocate for every patient.

Conocimientos

Vocational/Associate degree

ARRT-R Radiography OR RCIS certification
