Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist to support partner hospitals in California on a per diem basis, with shifts available days. The assignment length is 12 weeks and compensation is paid per shift.

Under the supervision of the physician (Cardiologist/Radiologist), you will scrub procedures or monitor physiologic data, ensuring the room is ready and supplies are available for cardiovascular procedures. California-specific pay ranges from $95 to $115 per shift.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R license (or as required by State).
• Previous Cardiovascular Lab and/or Interventional Radiology experience preferred.
• Cardiovascular technologist training program with emphasis in invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring preferred.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Assist by scrubbing procedures or monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data in the cardiovascular lab.
• Ensure procedure room is prepared for the procedure and monitor instrument par levels.
• Participate in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities.
• Assist in invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures.
